Throughout my varied career the times I've enjoyed the most are when I've been talking with people about what they do and why! I've managed Graduate Recruitment Programmes, delivered Career Development Workshops, created Personal Development Plans, provided Career Coaching and delivered lots of skills development training. I've been a Sales Assistant, Waitress, Training Officer, Head of Department, Non Exec Director and Director of my own consulting business, all of which has brought me into contact with a wide range of people. I've always been keen to learn about the choices people make for their working lives and help them make changes, learn new things, or take on new challenges.
