Got a question? I'm here to help.
Contact me for a free consultation where we'll discuss your needs and objectives and I will explain how I can help you best. Following that I'll send you a proposal to make sure we're on the same page before we start any coaching. If you want to go ahead we'll fix a date for your first session and take it from there.
You get to decide how many sessions you need and how often you want to meet, and it depends on which career coaching programme you choose. Typically I meet with clients between 4 and 6 times, two, three or four weeks apart, but I am entirely flexible depending on your requirements.
There is no typical coaching session, but I always start with reviewing your objectives and understanding what you want from the coaching. We'll reflect on any prepartion I have asked you to do, address blocks and barriers and consider next steps. Sessions will be reflective, interactive and action focused.
Yes. Before each session I'll send you an email detailing the preparation required. This could include self-relfection exercises, questionnaires, idea generation or research. It may also include CV work, draft job applications and preparation for mock interviews. The preparation work you do is an integral part of the career coaching process.
Check out my Packages and Prices page. You don't have to pay for all your sessions up front. It's pay as you go (PAYG). This includes all home assignments, reviews and email support between sessions.
